世界变局的加速演进和中国外交面临的挑战
【摘要】 <正>党的二十大报告的总特点是总结过去，展望未来：对过去五年，特别是新时代十年中国的内政和外交工作做了很好的总结，对成绩给予了充分的肯定，认为新时代中国特色社会主义实践“开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界”；对未来的展望有很强的延续性，尤其是外交部分，报告中提出，我们全面推进中国特色大国外交，推动构建人类命运共同体，推动构建新型国际关系，这些过去十年陆续提出来的目标要在未来落实到位。
