切削丝锥过切现象的分析和设计优化
Over Cutting Analysis and Optimization Design of Cutting Taps
【摘要】 以切削丝锥(直槽丝锥、螺旋槽丝锥)为研究对象,分析造成丝锥过切现象的原因和影响因素,探讨改善过切现象的方法,总结抑制切削丝锥过切现象发生的几个关键点,通过实验室模拟实际加工来验证优化和改进的效果,并应用于丝锥的设计和制造中。
【Abstract】 This paper chooses the cutting taps(straight flute taps and spiral flute taps) as the research object, the cause and influence factors of over cutting on cutting taps is analyzed, the solutions to stop over cutting is discussed, and several key points of the control of over cutting are summerized.By simulating actual cutting process in laboratory, the effect of optimization design is verfied, and it applies to the taps designing and manufacturing.
