【Abstract】 This paper chooses the cutting taps(straight flute taps and spiral flute taps) as the research object, the cause and influence factors of over cutting on cutting taps is analyzed, the solutions to stop over cutting is discussed, and several key points of the control of over cutting are summerized.By simulating actual cutting process in laboratory, the effect of optimization design is verfied, and it applies to the taps designing and manufacturing.更多还原
