AlCrN涂层双金属带锯条锯切SKD11性能研究
Study on Sawing SKD11 Die Steel by Bimetal Band Saw Blade with AlCrN Coating
【摘要】 锯齿性能是影响双金属带锯条锯切效率和使用寿命的关键因素。采用PVD涂层技术在带锯条锯齿上涂覆AlCrN涂层,并在同等条件下与未涂层带锯条同时进行锯切SKD11冷作模具钢的测试,结果发现:涂层带锯条锯切SKD11模具钢面积提升30.8%;AlCrN涂层可减少前刀面黏着磨损,进而提升锯齿性能。
【Abstract】 Tooth performance is the key factor affecting the sawing efficiency and service life of bimetal band saw blade.AlCrN coating is applied on teeth of bi-metal band saw blade by PVD technology, comparing with blade without coating on sawing SKD11 die steel test.The results show that the increase of sawing area of band saw blade with coating is 31%.Adhesive wear on rake face is suppressed by AlCrN coating, leading to the imporvement of tooth performance.
