多规格组合式金刚石圆盘锯主轴端部径向位移与动态特性分析

【摘要】 多规格组合式金刚石圆盘锯是锯切石材的重要设备,其主轴结构对加工精度和加工效率具有重要影响。根据主轴弹性变形求得主轴端部径向位移关系式,分析主轴结构参数对主轴端部径向位移的影响。使用ANSYS Workbench软件对金刚石圆盘锯主轴系统进行模态分析,得到主轴前6阶模态频率和振型,并分析主轴结构参数与模态频率之间的关系。研究结果可为组合式金刚石圆盘锯主轴结构设计与优化提供参考。

【Abstract】 Multi-specification combined diamond circular saw is an important equipment for stone sawing.The structural characteristics of its spindle have an important impact on the processing accuracy and efficiency.According to the elastic deformation of the spindle, the relationship between the radial displacement of the front end of the spindle is obtained, and the influence of the structural parameters of the spindle on the radial displacement of the front end of the spindle is analyzed.The modal analysis of the diamond circular saw spindle system is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software, the six modal frequencies are obtained, and the relationship between spindle structural parameters and modal frequencies is analyzed.The research results can provide reference to the structural design and optimization of combined diamond circular saw spindle.
