【摘要】 国际形势错综复杂、新冠肺炎疫情严重冲击等等一系列重大突发事件如何冲击、影响我国经济高质量发展是个亟待研究的课题。本文在理论上从短期和长期两个角度分析了重大突发事件对经济高质量发展的影响机理，运用PVAR模型与空间计量模型对重大突发事件影响我国经济高质量发展进行实证检验，结果发现：(1)总体来看，重大突发事件对经济高质量发展存在显著的负向影响；(2)从空间维度来看，各省(区、市)经济高质量发展之间呈正的空间相关性，重大突发事件对本地区经济高质量发展产生消极影响的同时间接地传递给临近地区；(3)从时间维度来看，短期内重大突发事件对经济高质量发展有着显著的负面影响、而长期影响相对微弱。最后，提出通过“冲击共生型”经济系统的构建，提升经济系统的抗冲击能力，保障经济高质量平稳健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand how major emergencies such as the COVID-19 epidemic impact and affect China’s high-quality economic development, this paper theoretically analyzes the impact mechanism of major emergencies on high-quality economic development from both short-term and long-term perspectives, and uses the PVAR model and spatial econometric model to empirically test the impact of major emergencies on China’s high-quality economic development, and finds that there is a significant negative impact of major emergencies on high-quality economic development.From the perspective of spatial dimension, there is a positive spatial correlation between the high-quality economic development of various provinces, and major emergencies have a ne-gative impact on the high-quality economic development of the region while indirectly transmitting to neighboring regions.In the temporal dimension, major emergencies have a significant negative impact on the economic quality development in the short term, while the long-term impact is relatively weak.Finally, it is proposed that the construction of a“shock symbiotic”economic system can enhance the shock resistance of the economic system and ensure the high-quality and healthy development of the economy.更多还原
