【摘要】 文中基于1753份农户调研问卷，综合运用倾向得分匹配法和中介效应分析方法，构建农户付费制度对农村人居环境整治的提升效应及影响机制，并比较不同村庄、家庭的组群差异。研究表明，农户付费制度显著提高了农村人居环境整治绩效，且对近郊村、有补贴、务工距离近的农户家庭的影响效应更显著；进一步的影响机制分析发现，农户付费制度通过个体持续管护与集体持续管护促进农村人居环境整治绩效。为此，逐步在有条件地区实现农户付费制度的全覆盖，依托付费构建政府与农户的联动机制，更好地促进环境整治工作的稳步推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey data from 1753 farmer households, we use the propensity score matching model and mediation analysis method to build the lifting effect and impact mechanism of farmer’s payment system on residential environment improvement and compare differences between the different villages and different family groups of features. The result shows that the farmer’s payment improves the performance of human settlement remediation and has a more significant impact on those households that in suburban villages, be subsidized, or their house is near to their working place. Through further analysis, it is found that the payment system promotes the improvement performance of residential environment through individual and collective sustainable management and protection. Therefore, gradually realizing the full coverage of the payment system in the conditional areas and relying on farmer payment to build a linkage mechanism between the government and farmers, can better promote the steady progress of living environment improvement.更多还原
