【摘要】 黄河国家文化公园是彰显中华文化自信的中国创新，是新时代文化强国战略要求的积极探索，是凝练民族文化价值的重要载体。基于线性文化空间视角，以黄河流域沿线九省为研究区域，推理黄河国家文化公园的建设内涵，运用熵值法、相对优先度及耦合协调度模型，构建文化资源禀赋和旅游发展水平评价指标体系，测量二者耦合发展状况。结果表明：1)截止2020年，黄河国家文化公园沿线九省文化资源禀赋综合评价值均值为0.44,整体水平偏低且空间差异显著；旅游发展水平评价指数处于0.1-0.5之间，呈高低交替、错落分布的空间态势。2)文化资源与旅游发展之间的协调程度居于0.82-0.33之间，总体处于中低水平，由东向西表现为良好协调逐渐向轻度失调变化。3)旅游相对优先度测试表明旅游发展水平与文化资源的优先程度呈不平衡关系，旅游滞后型省份未能充分将文化资源禀赋转化为旅游竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Yellow River National Cultural Park is a Chinese innovation that highlights the self-confidence of Chinese culture. It is an active exploration of the strategic requirements of cultural power in the new era and an important carrier for condensing the value of national culture. Based on linear perspective of cultural space, and taking nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin as the study area, this research deduces the connotation of the construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park, constructs the evaluation index system of cultural resource endowment and tourism development level by using entropy method, relative priority and the model of coupling coordination degree, and measures the coupling development status between them. The results showed that: 1) By 2020, the average comprehensive evaluation value of cultural resource endowment of the nine provinces along the Yellow River National Cultural Park is 0.44, with an overall low level and significant spatial variation. The evaluation index of tourism development level is between 0.1 and 0.5, showing a spatial trend of alternating high or low and scattered distribution. 2) The degree of coordination between cultural resources and tourism development ranges from 0.82 to 0.33, which is generally at a low level. It shows that a good coordination gradually changes to mild imbalance from east to west. 3) The relative priority test shows that there is an imbalance relationship between tourism development level and cultural resources endowment, and the provinces being subject to tourism lagging fail to fully transform their cultural resources endowment into tourism competitive advantages.更多还原
