【摘要】 陆海统筹是全球范围内海域和陆域协调规划与管理的先进理念，构建陆海统筹知识体系框架是我国实现国土空间规划“多规合一”改革要求的必然举措，也是推进陆海统筹战略系统全面融入国土空间规划学科体系和教学体系，培养符合陆海统筹要求的规划人才的必然选择。系统分析和回顾“多规合一”改革前涉海规划的类型和内容，提出构建陆海统筹知识体系框架的时代需求与学科之困。根据规划理论框架和方法论体系，结合文献分析方法，构建陆海统筹知识体系框架，以期为国土空间规划学科体系和人才培养体系发展提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land-sea coordination is a globally advanced concept for planning and management of the sea and land areas. The construction of the framework of land-sea coordination knowledge system is necessary to realize "multiple planning integration" reform in China, and it is an inevitable choice for the overall integration of land-sea coordination with territorial space planning discipline and teaching system as well as education of professional talents. With a systematic review of the types and contents of sea-related planning before the reform of "multiple planning integration", the needs and difficulties of building the discipline of landsea coordination are listed. In accordance with the theoretical framework and methodological system of planning, the framework of land-sea coordination knowledge system is established with the method of literature analysis, which hopes to provide new ideas for the development of territorial space planning discipline and the cultivation of professional talents.更多还原
