【摘要】 乡村特色发展是充分发挥乡村价值，最大限度释放乡村的有用性并产生超额剩余价值的过程。因此，准确认知乡村价值是实现乡村特色发展的重要前提。乡村价值认知是一个动态变化的过程，新型城镇化时期的乡村价值再认知，将精准有效地指导乡村特色发展。苏南地区是推行乡村振兴的先行者，具备良好的发展基础和优越的资源禀赋，乡村振兴战略的全面实施，要求苏南乡村走向更高质量的特色化发展。基于乡村价值再认知，提出苏南乡村特色发展的思路，明确分类引导、分级谋划、分项强化的苏南乡村特色发展路径，以期为苏南乡村发展提供参考，为其他地区的乡村发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Characteristic rural development is a process of releasing the usefulness, realizing the most value of the countryside, and an accurate cognition of rural value is the premise of characteristic development. The re-cognition of rural value in the era of new urbanization will guide rural development with precision. As a forerunner of rural revitalization, southern Jiangsu province is endowed with rich resources and advantageous development basis, and requires high quality and characteristic development based on the re-cognition of its rural values.
