【摘要】 产业空间组织是城市空间组织的重要组成部分，存量时代的未来企业发展及其布局引导应当打破传统的产业空间利用逻辑，积极关注小微尺度的产业空间组织。在此背景下，杭州以“新制造业计划”大力建设未来工厂，探索城市未来产业空间组织方案。结合杭州未来工厂认定细则，从“政企人”协同视角出发，构建面向未来工厂的产业空间微组织框架；梳理城市未来工厂的总体发展与分布格局，并以8个不同类型的未来工厂为实证案例，从小微尺度研判其周边产业空间微组织状态；总结形成面向未来工厂的产业空间微组织导向，并提出集约型商务模式、孵化型研制模式、复合型网链模式及工厂型智造模式等4种产业空间微组织模式，为推动城市产业高质量发展及空间提质增效提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial space organization is an important part of urban space organization.The development and layout guidance of future enterprises in the era of built-up area redevelopment shall break traditional mode and concern micro-organization of industrial space.As Hangzhou promotes future manufacturing planning and builds future factories,the paper studies the spatial organization of future industrial space:it establishes a micro-organization framework of industrial space for future factories based on "government-enterprise-people" synergy;then sorts out the general development and layout of future factories,and the microorganization of spaces around eight future factories;it makes a conclusion of the micro-organization of industrial space for future factories,and puts forward four industrial space micro-organization models of intensive business,incubation-type research and development,compound network chain and factory-type intelligent manufacturing,so as to promote high quality development of industries and their spatial improvement.更多还原
