【摘要】 目的 了解甘肃省基层医疗卫生机构高血压、糖尿病患者管理情况。方法 利用系统聚类法对14个市（州） 2021年高血压、糖尿病患者健康管理率进行分析。结果 2021年甘肃省基层医疗卫生机构高血压、糖尿病的健康管理率与2017年相比均有增长，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。各市（州）高血压、糖尿病健康管理率之间差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论 甘肃省基层医疗卫生机构高血压、糖尿病患者管理存在城乡差异和地区差异，社区卫生服务中心慢性病管理能力值得重点关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of hypertension and diabetes patients health management in primary health care institutions in Gansu. Methods The rates of hypertension and diabetes patients management in 14 cities in2021 was analyzed by hierarchical clustering method. Results Compared with 2017, the health management rates of hypertension and diabetes in both primary health care institutions increased in 2021, with significant differences(P<0.001). There were significant differences in hypertension and diabetes health management rates among cities and prefectures(P<0.001). Conclusion There are differences between urban and rural areas in the health management of hypertension and diabetes in primary health care institutions in Gansu. The chronic disease management capacity of urban community health service centers worth more attention.更多还原
