【摘要】 目的 了解重庆市县级疾病预防控制中心流调队伍配置及能力提升需求情况。方法 使用自制调查问卷，采用问卷星在线调查方式对重庆市39个县级疾病预防控制中心全部流调人员进行调查。结果 共调查801名流调队员，专、兼职流调队员比例为3∶7，主城新区流调队员比例最高（37.0%），渝东北最低（23.2%）。除参与过传染病现场处置、参加过现场流行病学专项培训外，专职队员有9项工作经历的比例均高于兼职队员（P<0.05）。专职队员自评具备独立完成密接/次密接人员排查、病例个案调查等5种传染病防控能力的比例均高于兼职队员（P<0.05）。结论 应根据实际需求强化理论培训和实战演练，从而提升疾病预防控制中心整体疾病防控能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Epidemiological investigation team in county level Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) in Chongqing,To understand the team configuration,capacity status and capacity improvement needs in county-level,and to provide the basis for optimizing resource allocation and improving the ability of disease prevention and control.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to survey all the staff of Epidemiological investigation team in 39 county CDCs in Chongqing by Questionnaire star online.Results A total of 801 Epidemiological investigation team members were surveyed,and the proportion of professional and part-time team member was 3:7.The highest proportion of the team member was in Main city New district(37.0%) while and the lowest(23.2%) was in northeast district in Chongqing.In addition to participating in the field treatment of infectious diseases and Field-Epidemiology Training Program(FETP),the proportion of 9 work experiences of full-time members was higher than that of part-time members(P<0.05).The proportion of full-time team members with the ability to independently complete 5 COVID-19 prevention and control tasks,such as tracking and checking the close contact/the secondary close contacts,investigating case and so on,were higher than that of part-time team members(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen theoretical training and practical exercises according to the needs,so as to improve the overall disease prevention and control capacity.更多还原
