【摘要】 目的 分析浙江省海宁市儿童流行性感冒的流行病学特点，探究早期干预措施。方法 选取2020年10月—2022年12月于海宁市中心医院就诊的1 050例流行性感冒患儿为研究对象，收集患儿一般临床资料，观察不同类型流感的发病率、临床表现、血常规的差异。结果 参与研究的1 050例患儿中，共检出流感病毒阳性患儿255例，占比为24.29%。其中，甲型H1N1病毒感染55例，占比为5.24%；甲型H3N2病毒感染94例，占比为8.95%；乙型病毒感染106例，占比为10.10%。甲型H1N1、甲型H3N2、乙型病毒感染患儿在年龄、峰值体温、流涕、咳嗽、白细胞计数上比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 2020—2022年，海宁市儿童流感常见甲型H1N1、甲型H3N2、乙型病毒感染，春、夏季为流行高峰，4岁左右儿童是主要易感人群，应警惕人群接触传染，并开展针对性防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in children in Haining City, Zhejiang Province, and to explore the early intervention measures.MethodsA total of 1 050 children with influenza who treated in Haining Central Hospital from October, 2020 to December, 2022 were selected. General clinical data of children was collected to observe the morbidity of different types of influenza, clinical manifestations, and blood routine differences.ResultsAmong the 1 050 children, positive influenza virus was detected in a total of 255 cases, accounting for 24.29%.55 cases were infected with type A H1N1 virus, accounting for 5.24%. 94 cases were infected with type A H3N2 virus,accounting for 8.95%. 106 cases were infected with type B virus, accounting for 10.10%. There were significant differences in age, peak body temperature, runny nose, cough, and white blood cell count among children infected with type A H1N1, type A H3N2, and type B virus(P<0.05).ConclusionChildren with influenza A H1N1, A H3N2, and B virus infections are common in Haining City from 2020 to 2022, and the epidemic peaks occur in spring and summer.Children around 4 years old are the main susceptible population, contacted infection should be paid attention to, and targeted prevention and control measures should be carried out.更多还原
