儿童医院候诊区域声环境现状调查分析

【摘要】 目的 了解和评估儿童医院候诊区域声环境现状及噪声对患者和医务人员的影响。方法 现场测量儿童医院候诊区域声环境现状以及对该院的200名医务人员和103例患者家属分别进行问卷调查。采用方差分析方法研究不同性别人群对儿童医院噪声治理需求的差异,采用相关性分析方法研究年龄及其他声环境评价因素与噪声治理需求之间的关系。结果 儿童医院候诊区域的声压级普遍超标,达10 dBA以上。噪声的接触频率、严重性、影响程度与噪声治理需求之间呈相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 儿童医院门诊候诊区域噪声污染严重。根据声环境现状,应给出相应的改善对策,为医院候诊区域的声环境改善和后勤管理提供参考。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo know and evaluate the current situation of the acoustic environment in the waiting areas of the children’s hospital and the impact of noise on patients and medical staff.MethodsThrough the on-site measurement of the acoustic environment in the waiting area in the children’s hospital, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 200medical staff and 103 relatives of patients in the hospital. ANOVA was used to study the difference of noise governance demands of children’s hospital of different genders. Correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between age and other sound environment evaluation factors, and the demands of noise governance.ResultsThe current sound level in the waiting area of the children’s hospital generally exceeded the standard by more than 10 dBA. The impact of the frequency of noise exposure, severity and influence level of noise had significant correlation on noise treatment demands,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionNoise pollution in the outpatient waiting area of the children’s hospital is serious. It is suggested to provide corresponding countermeasures according to the current situation of the acoustic environment, to provide reference for the improvement of acoustic environment and logistics management in the waiting areas of the hospital.
