虚拟仿真技术在《化工仪表与自动化》教学中的应用

【摘要】 华南理工大学依托制浆造纸工程国家重点实验室,为造纸专业本科生开设了《化工仪表与自动化》课程,由于该课程学科综合性和实践性较强,教学中存在学生积极性不足、理论与实践脱节、课时不足等问题。为此研发了基于造纸过程自动化教学的虚拟仿真平台,该平台集造纸过程、自动化虚拟仿真、仿真器件更新、收发作业管理、学生实验成绩管理等多方面功能于一体。通过使用该虚拟仿真平台可有效提升化工类自动化课程教学的质量和水平。

【Abstract】 South China University of Technology has set up the course “Chemical Instrument and Automation” for undergraduates majoring in paper making. Due to the comprehensive subject and strong practicality of this course, there are some problems in the teaching, such as lack of students’ enthusiasm, disconnection between theory and practice, and lack of class hours. Therefore, a virtual simulation platform based on automatic teaching of papermaking process is developed, which integrates many functions such as papermaking process, automatic virtual simulation, simulation device update, sending and receiving operation management, and student experiment performance management. Using this virtual simulation platform can effectively improve the quality and level of chemical automation course teaching.
