单壁碳纳米管/芳纶纸基复合材料的电磁性能研究
Study on the Electromagnetic Properties of Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes/Aramid Paper-based Composites
【摘要】 采用造纸湿法成形技术制备了一种单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)/芳纶纤维(AFs)纸基复合材料(PBCs)。研究了SWCNT添加量对PBCs导电性能和介电性能的影响;基于PBCs复介电常数,仿真模拟了8-12GHz蜂窝结构的反射率,并与实测值进行对比。结果表明,SWCNT在极低载量下即可实现对PBCs电导率和复介电常数的宽范围调控,是一种有潜力的电磁波吸收材料。
【Abstract】 A single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)/aramid fibrid(AF)paper-based composites(PBCs)were prepared by traditional wet forming technology. The effect of SWCNT addition on the conductivity and dielectric properties of PBCs was studied.Based on the complex dielectric constant of PBCs,the reflectivity of 8-12GHz honeycomb structures was simulated and compared with the measured values. The results indicate that SWCNT can achieve wide range regulation of the conductivity and complex dielectric constant of PBCs under extremely low load conditions.
