七芯光纤布拉格光栅温度传感特性研究
Research on Temperature Sensing Characteristics of Seven-core Fiber Bragg Gratings
【摘要】 基于相位掩模技术在七芯光纤(SCF)中刻写了光纤光栅(FBGs),通过实验对七芯光纤光栅在常温和低温下的温度传感特性进行了研究。结果表明,在30℃~80℃的常温温度范围内,传感器的温度灵敏度为9.98 pm/℃,线性度为0.999 44。在-60℃~20℃的低温温度范围内,传感器的温度灵敏度为8.77 pm/℃,线性度为0.997 51。可以看出,七芯光纤光栅对于常温和低温都有比较稳定的响应特性,但是温度降低时,灵敏度降低,线性度变差。研究结果对基于光纤光栅的温度传感研究具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 In this work, fiber Bragg gratings(FBGs) are inscribed in seven-core fiber(SCF) based on phase mask technology. The temperature sensing characteristics of seven-core fiber Bragg gratings(FBGs) at room temperature and low temperature are studied by experiments. The results show that the sensor has a temperature sensitivity of 9.98 pm/℃ and a linearity of 0.999 44 in the normal temperature range of 30 ℃~80 ℃. In the low temperature range of-60 ℃~20 ℃, the sensor has a temperature sensitivity of 8.77 pm/℃ and a linearity of 0.997 51. It can be seen that seven-core fiber Bragg grating has relatively stable response characteristics at both normal and low temperatures, but when the temperature decreases, the sensitivity decreases and the linearity becomes worse. The research results have reference value for the research of temperature sensing based on fiber Bragg grating.
