一种复方麻醉剂对圈养马来熊麻醉效果的研究
Study on the Effects of a Compound Anesthetics on Captive Sun Bears
【摘要】 为了探索一种适合熊科动物使用的理想复合麻醉药物,该研究采用TMZB(布托啡诺-右美托咪啶-替来他明-唑拉西泮)复合麻醉药物以0.20-0.30 mg/kg的剂量对10只圈养马来熊采用肌肉注射的方式进行全身麻醉。并对麻醉后动物的镇痛效果、镇静效果、肌松效果、苏醒效果及各项生理机能进行观察和评分。结果显示:麻醉动物的肌松、镇静、镇痛效果良好,麻醉后动物体温、呼吸率、心率、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压与原基础值相比,均差异不显著。研究表明:TMZB组合是一种理想的熊科动物复合麻醉药物,为熊科动物的饲养管理、疾病诊断、手术治疗等提供较好的保定、麻醉、镇静、镇痛及肌肉效果,且麻醉效果稳定。
【Abstract】 To explore the suitability of a compound anesthetic for Ursidae,ten captive Malayan Sun bears were injected intramuscularly with combined anesthesia drugs TMZB cocktail(butorphanol,dexmedetomidine,tiletamine,and zolazepam)at doses of 0.20-0.30 mg/kg. The effects of analgesic,sedative,muscle relaxation and recovery,and the data of various physiological functions during anesthesia were observed and scored. Results suggested that Malayan Sun bears anesthetized by TMZB cocktail showed good muscle relaxant,sedative and analgesic effects. Meanwhile,there was no significant difference in the animals’ body temperature,breathing rate,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,and mean arterial pressure between anesthesia and original basic values. According to this study,the TMZB cocktail is an ideal compound anesthetic for Ursidae animals.
