长白母猪断奶至配种间隔全基因组关联分析

【摘要】 该研究旨通过全基因组关联分析定位影响长白母猪断奶至配种间隔的候选基因,以期为我国种猪育种工作提供理论参考。本研究以国家某核心育种场1 063头长白母猪的断奶至配种间隔记录和50 K基因数据为研究材料,利用GEMMA软件的混合线性模型进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS),鉴定关联分析显著位点。结果表明,长白母猪第一胎次和第三胎次共存在5个显著SNPs。对5个显著位点进行单倍型分析,获得4个单倍型块。筛选到的BTG1、FUT1、FUT2、SCNN1G和CBLB基因可能是影响断奶至配种间隔性状的重要基因,该研究结果可作为以后种猪育种实践提供参考。

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to detect candidate genes affecting the weaning-to-service interval of Landrace sows through the genome-wide association analysis(GWAS),in order to provide theoretical references for swine breeding in China. In this study, the weaning-to-service interval records and 50K gene data of 1 063 Landrace sows in a core breeding farm in China were used as research materials, and genome-wide association analysis was performed by mixed linear models of GEMMA software to identify important loci. The results showed that there were 5significant SNPs in the first and third parity of Landrace sows. Haplotype analysis was performed on the 5 significant locus and 4 haplotype blocks were obtained. The screened genes of BTG1, FUT1, FUT2, SCNN1G, and CBLB may be the important genes affecting the weaning-to-servce interval traits. The results of this study can provide the reference for future practice of swine breeding.
