【摘要】 目的 分析合肥市6～15岁中小学正畸治疗者的完成度及其影响因素，为降低治疗中断的发生提供参考。方法 于2019年8月至2020年8月采用整群随机抽样法抽取合肥市6～15岁中小学生进行口腔检查，并选择检查后需接受正畸治疗的患者为研究对象，并采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析影响正畸治疗者完成度的相关影响因素。结果 本研究接受口腔检查共有5 123人，其中509例需接受正畸治疗。509例正畸治疗者中完成正畸治疗的有433例，占85.07%；未完成有76例，占14.93%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄（OR=2.333）、父母文化程度（OR=2.748、2.326）、正畸时间（OR=2.217）、矫治器（OR=2.416）、错颌畸形分类（OR=0.355）、牙列（OR=2.732）、牙科焦虑（OR=3.337）、自愿接受正畸情况（OR=2.565）、口腔卫生（OR=2.470）、是否信任医生（OR=2.145）均是正畸治疗者完成度的独立影响因素。结论 合肥市6～15岁中小学生正畸治疗完成度较高，但正畸治疗者中仍存在中断治疗的情况，可根据相关影响因素早期进行针对性干预，以提高患者的治疗完成度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the completion rate of orthodontic treatment and its influencing factors among primary and secondary school students aged 6-15 in Hefei City,to provide a reference for reducing treatment interruption.Methods Primary and secondary school students aged 6-15 in Hefei City were selected for oral examination by cluster random sampling method between August 2019 and August 2020,and patients who required orthodontic treatment after the examination were selected as subjects. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the relevant factors on the completion rate of orthodontic treatment.Results A total of 5 123 students underwent oral examinations in the study,of which 509 required orthodontic treatment. Of the 509 cases of orthodontic treatment,433 cases(85.07%)completed orthodontic treatment,76 cases(14.93%)were incomplete. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=2.333),parental education(OR=2.748,2.326),orthodontic time(OR=2.217),orthodontic appliance(OR=2.416),classification of malocclusion(OR=0.355),dentition(OR=2.732),dental anxiety(OR=3.337),voluntary orthodontic acceptance(OR=2.565),oral hygiene(OR=2.470),and trust in a doctor(OR=2.145)were all independent influencing factors for the completion of orthodontic treatment.Conclusions The completion rate of orthodontic treatment for primary and secondary school students aged 6-15 in Hefei City is relatively high,but there are still cases of treatment interruptions. Targeted interventions can be conducted early based on relevant influencing factors to improve the completion rate of orthodontic treatment.更多还原
