【摘要】 综合交通枢纽项目与一般交通项目的建设有着较大的区别，需将不同的管理部门、不同的建设方、不同的施工方、不同的运营方在同一时间、空间内组合，并最大程度方便使用者，提高交通效率与城市融合度。当下综合交通枢纽面临规划难度大、设计不精细、建设责权不明晰、协调成本高、城市融合难等诸多困境，在一定程度上制约枢纽的高质量发展，对枢纽建设尤其是项目建设前期重大方向性决策提出了挑战。文章据综合交通枢纽项目前期建设管理经验，拟别从规划设计、建设管理、运营管理三个方面提出综合交通枢纽建设前期存在的问题并提出对策研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of a comprehensive transportation hub project is quite different from that of a general transportation project.It is necessary to combine different management departments,different construction parties(investors),different construction parties,and different operators at the same time and in the same space to maximize the convenience of users and improve the traffic efficiency and urban integration. At present,the comprehensive transportation hub is faced with many difficulties,such as difficult planning,imprecise design,unclear construction responsibilities and rights, high coordination costs, and difficult urban integration, which restrict the development of the hub to a certain extent and pose challenges to the hub construction, especially the major directional decisions in the early stage of project construction. Based on the previous construction management experience of the comprehensive transportation hub project, puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the early stage of the hub construction from three aspects of planning and design,construction management,and operation management,and proposes solutions.更多还原
