全长粘结式锚杆拉拔试验模拟力学特性分析

【摘要】 锚杆支护技术因为方便工人施工,相比于其他支护技术花费较低,结构简单明确因此在土木以及水利等工程中普遍使用,但是锚杆支护技术的作用机理等的研究相较于其在工程方面的应用还是比较落后的,因此关于锚杆的受力方式及其受力性能还有待进行深入的分析与研究。该文基于有限元数值仿真软件建立全长粘结式锚杆的三维拉拔试验模型,通过进行在Ⅴ类围岩全风化岩地质条件下全长粘结式锚杆拉拔试验的仿真模拟,分析研究在不同拉力作用下锚杆的受力变形规律以及通过改变锚杆的直径分析研究锚杆的直径对于锚杆的力学特性的影响,并据此推断全长粘结式锚杆的受力变形规律,为Ⅴ类围岩全风化岩地质条件下应用锚杆支护提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 Bolt support technology is widely used in civil engineering and water conservancy engineering because it is convenient for workers to construct, has a lower cost and a simple and clear structure compared with other support technologies. However, the research on the mechanism of bolt support technology is still relatively backward compared with its application in engineering. Therefore, the stress mode and mechanical performance of bolt still need to be deeply analyzed and studied. In this paper, based on the finite element numerical simulation software, the three-villa-pulling test model of full-length bonded bolt is established. Through the simulation of the full-length bonded bolt pulling test under the geological condition of fully weathered rock of Class Ⅴ surrounding rock, The law of stress and deformation of bolt under different tensile forces and the influence of bolt diameter on the mechanical properties of bolt are analyzed and studied by changing the diameter of bolt, and the law of stress and deformation of full-length bond bolt is deduced accordingly, which provides theoretical reference for the application of bolt support under the geological condition of fully weathered rock of Class Ⅴ surrounding rock.
