【摘要】 河源市区堤防现状设防标准普遍较低，由于市区两岸堤防已建成，城市发展格局基本已定，且受到城市建设用地的限制，城区防洪工程达标建设存在一定难度。鉴于河源市城区的实际情况，该文提出几种治理措施，分析论证对河源市城区防洪水位降低的作用及可行性，并根据河源市城区各段防洪堤特点，针对推荐的防洪措施，分段设计实施方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current fortification standard of embankment in Heyuan urban area is generally low. Due to the completion of embankments on both sides of the urban area, the urban development pattern has been basically determined, and the restrictions of urban construction land, it is difficult for the construction of flood control works in Heyuan City to meet the standard. In view of the actual situation of the urban area of Heyuan City, several control measures are proposed to analyze and demonstrate the role and feasibility of lowering the flood control water level in the urban area of Heyuan City.
