【摘要】 农业高等院校教师是我国农业现代化建设的主力军，担负农业人才培养、科学研究、服务“三农”的重大使命，农业农村现代化对农业高等院校师资队伍建设也提出了新的更高要求。本文综合运用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法，深入剖析了农业高等院校师资队伍建设现状和主要问题，提出了加快推动农业高等院校与农科院(所)深度融合发展，加大对农业高等院校的生均拨款投入，健全农业高等院校人才发展荣誉体系，构建适应行业特色发展的教师分类评价标准，提升教师基本素养、教学胜任力、科研胜任力和农业服务胜任力，打造农业院校跨学科交叉团队等政策建议，对于有效激发农业科技人才创新活力、加快高水平农业科技现代化等具有重要时代意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers of agricultural colleges and universities, as the leading force in our country′s agricultural modernization construction, undertake the essential missions of cultivating agricultural talents, conducting scientific research, and serving “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers”,the modernization of agriculture and rural areas also puts forward new and higher requirements for the construction of teaching staff in agricultural colleges and universities.This paper comprehensively uses questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, and other methods to deeply analyze the current situation and main problems of the construction of teaching staff in agricultural colleges and universities.This paper proposes policy recommendations: to accelerate the integration of agricultural colleges and universities with agricultural science academies(institutes),to increase the investment of average grants in agricultural colleges and universities, to improve the honor system of talent development in agricultural colleges and universities, to construct the classification and evaluation standards for teachers that adapt to the development of the industry characteristics, to improve teachers′ basic quality, teaching competency, scientific research competency, and agricultural service competency, and to build interdisciplinary teams in agricultural colleges and universities.These policy recommendations are of great significance to effectively stimulate the innovation vitality of agricultural talents and accelerate the modernization of high-level agricultural science and technology.更多还原
