油茶无性系花芽形态分化特性研究

【摘要】 以岑软2号Camelia oleifera ‘Cenruan 2’、岑软3号C.oleifera ‘Cenruan 3’和湘林8号C.oleifera ‘Xianglin 8’ 3种油茶无性系作为研究对象,对其花芽形态分化过程,包括前分化期、萼片形成期、花瓣形成期、雌雄蕊形成期、子房与花药形成期和雌雄蕊成熟期6个时期进行研究。结果表明:不同油茶无性系花芽分化各个时期有差异,湘林8号分化时间早,分化快;岑软2号和3号分化时间一致。花芽在春梢褐化20 d左右开始分化,花芽于5—7月增长快,花器官形成经历3个月。雌蕊成熟持续时间长,从7月下旬一直到开花期。花芽分化各个时期并不是相互分离,而是交错存在。

【Abstract】 The research has been carried out on flower bud differentiation of 3 Camellia oleifera clones,’Cenruan 2’, ’Cenruan 3’ and ’Xianglin 8’. The process of flower bud differentiation can be divided into 6 periods:pre-differentiation of flower bud, sepal formation, petal formation, stamen and pistil formation, anther and ovule formation, as well as stamen and pistil maturity. The results showed that flower bud differentiation of different C.oleifera clones was different in each period. The differentiation time of ’Cenruan 2’ and ’Cenruan 3’ was the same, later than that of ’Xianglin’ 8. Flower buds began to differentiate around 20 d after the lignification of spring shoots, and the appearance of flower buds increased rapidly from May to July, and the formation of flower organs took 3 months. Pistil maturation lasted a long time, from late July to flowering. Each period of flower bud differentiation was not separated from each other, but interlaced.
