“双一流”推进背景下交叉学科建设的实然之困与应然之径

【摘要】 “双一流”推进背景下强调交叉学科建设不是历史的偶然,而是交叉学科建设适应经济社会发展、知识生产模式变革和高等教育自身发展的必然。遵循“双一流”推进背景下交叉学科建设的基本逻辑,发现当前交叉学科建设中存在研究范式尚未生成、学者凝聚力匮乏、协同创新平台孤立分层和人才培养模式实践受挫的实然之困;基于此,提出以复杂性科学研究范式促进交叉学科范式生成、以学科共同文化营造交叉学科良好学术氛围、以顶层设计引领搭建交叉学科协同创新平台和以项目式管理推进交叉学科人才培养模式革新的应然之径。

【Abstract】 The emphasis on interdisciplinary construction in the context of "Double First-class" promotion is not an accident of history, but an inevitability brought about by the adaptation of interdisciplinary construction to economic and social development, changes in the mode of knowledge production and the development of higher education itself.Following the basic logic of interdisciplinary construction in the context of "Double First-class" promotion, we find that the current construction of interdisciplinary disciplines suffers from the real problems of research paradigms not yet generated, the lack of cohesion among scholars, the isolation and stratification of collaborative innovation platforms and the frustration of talent cultivation mode practice; based on this, we propose to promote interdisciplinary disciplines with the paradigm of complex scientific research and to create a common culture for interdisciplinary disciplines.Based on this, we propose to promote the generation of cross-disciplinary paradigms with the paradigm of complexity science research, create a good academic atmosphere for cross-disciplinary disciplines with the common culture of disciplines, build a collaborative innovation platform for cross-disciplinary disciplines with top-level design, and promote the innovation of talent cultivation mode for cross-disciplinary disciplines with project-based management.
