废SCR脱硝催化剂混碱热压浸出V、W研究
Study on V and W of Mixed Alkali Hot Press Leaching of Waste SCR Denitration Catalyst
【摘要】 受复杂烟气条件影响,SCR催化剂经长时间运行后会引发失活现象,不可逆的转变为废弃SCR催化剂。为实现其资源化利用,开展了废SCR催化剂中有价金属钒钨提取及TiO2回收的系列工艺研究。对高压碱浸提取钒钨过程进行工艺优化,考察了稀碱浸出体系下反应温度、反应时间、液固比、碱浓度、Na2CO3添加等因素对废催化剂中钒钨浸出过程的影响,并结合XRD、SEM等表征手段对浸出渣结构进行协同调控,综合钒钨浸出速率与浸出渣的载体性能优化工艺条件,钒、钨浸出率可达98.9%、64.4%,回收载体TiO2含量达95.87%。
【Abstract】 Affected by complex flue gas conditions, SCR catalysts can cause deactivation after prolonged operation, inevitably leading to their transformation into discarded SCR catalysts. To achieve its resource utilization, a series of process studies were conducted on the extraction of valuable metal vanadium tungsten and the recovery of TiO2 from waste SCR catalysts. The process optimization of high-pressure alkali leaching for extracting vanadium and tungsten was carried out,and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, liquid-solid ratio and other factors on the vanadium and tungsten leaching process in the dilute alkali leaching system were investigated. The structure of the leaching residue was synergistically controlled by characterization methods such as XRD and SEM, the optimal process conditions were selected based on the comprehensive leaching rate of vanadium and tungsten and the carrier performance of the leaching residue. The leaching rates of vanadium and tungsten reached 98.9 % and 64.4 % respectively, and the TiO2 content in the residue was 95.87 %.
