烯醛缩合Prins反应催化剂技术专利分析
Patent Analysis on Reaction Catalyst of Prins Condensation of Formaldehyde with Alkene
【摘要】 为掌握烯醛缩合Prins反应催化技术的发展现状,厘清相关专利技术的发展脉络、研发热点,进一步促进精细化工中间体制备绿色清洁工艺的开发。采用IncoPat专利检索与分析平台,在全球范围检索与分析了烯醛缩合Prins中间体合成反应技术相关专利的申请趋势、生命周期、申请布局、申请人情况及专利技术分支;在此基础上,对该反应用催化剂专利进行分析,归纳了该反应的催化剂类别,展示了催化剂技术演进路线,同时对该反应用催化剂技术专利的重点申请人进行了分析。分析结果表明;全球烯醛缩合PRINS反应技术在近五年出现高峰期;专利申请主要来源于中国、日本、美国和英国;该反应专利的技术分支主要包括合成化工中间体、药物中间体和香料;该反应用催化剂主要包括液体酸催化剂、固体酸催化剂、固体碱催化剂等;该反应催化剂技术专利的主要申请人中,国内的中科院和中石化上海石化研究院具有较强的技术实力。通过分析,为我国相关技术企业提供信息支持,为国内相关技术领域制定专利战略提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to grasp the development status of oleal condensation Prins reaction catalytic technology, clarify the development context and research and development hotspots of related patented technologies, and further promote the development of green and clean processes for the preparation of fine chemical intermediates. Using the IncoPat patent search and analysis platform, the application trend, life cycle, application layout, applicant situation and technical branches of patents related to the synthesis reaction technology of Prins condensation of formaldehyde with alkene were searched and analyzed worldwide. On this basis, the patent of the reaction catalyst are analyzed, the catalyst categories of the reaction are summarized, the evolution route of catalyst technology is shown, and the main applicants are analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that; Global Prins condensation technology has peaked in the past five years; Patent applications mainly come from China, Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom; The technical branches of the reaction patent mainly include synthetic chemical intermediates,pharmaceutical intermediates and fragrances; The reaction catalysts mainly include liquid acid catalyst, solid acid catalyst, solid base catalyst, etc. Among the main applicants for this reaction technology patent, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute possess the better technical strength. Through analysis, it provides information support for relevant technology enterprises in China and provides reference for formulating patent strategies in related technology fields in China.
