滴定分析综合设计性实验铁铝含量测定的实验开发
Comprehensive Design Experiment to Determination of Iron and Aluminum Content for Titration Analysis
【摘要】 为了让学生充分理解滴定原理,更加灵活地应用好滴定分析,设计了络合滴定、氧化还原滴定结合测定铁和铝含量的滴定分析法。该实验改进了传统测铁铝含量的方法,利用对环境更加友好的铁粉做预处理剂处理高价铁离子,并且利用高锰酸钾氧化剂取代重铬酸钾来滴定二价铁离子,除对环境更加友好外,还免掉了滴定的指示剂,减少了试剂,降低了学生实验成本。在实验的设计中同样的试剂,学生可以自由组合完成三套实验方案的设计,拓展学生的视野,启发学生思维,最终实现学生知识、能力、素质的有机融合,培养学生的高阶思维,助力课程“高阶性”、“创新性”、“挑战度”的达成。
【Abstract】 In order to enable students to fully understand the principle of titration and more flexibly apply titrimetric analysis, a titrimetric analysis method combining complexometric titration and redox titration for the determination of iron and aluminum content was designed. This experiment improved the traditional method of measuring the content of iron and aluminum, using iron powder that is more friendly to the environment as the pretreatment agent to treat the high valent iron ions, and using potassium permanganate oxidant to replace potassium dichromate to titrate the divalent iron ions. In addition to being more friendly to the environment, it also eliminates the indicator of titration, reduced the reagent, and reduced the cost of students’ experiments. With the same reagents in the experiment design, students could freely combine to complete the design of three sets of experiment plans, expand students’ vision, inspire students’ thinking, and finally achieve the organic integration of students’ knowledge, ability and quality, cultivate students’ high-level thinking, and help achieve the “high-level”, “innovative” and “challenging” of the curriculum.
