大麻二酚环糊精包合物的制备及表征

【摘要】 以2-羟丙基-β-环糊精(2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,HP-β-CD)为主体,大麻二酚(cannabidiol,CBD)为客体,无水乙醇作溶剂,采用磁力搅拌-旋转蒸发法制备CBD/HP-β-CD包合物,并通过单因素实验确定了最佳包合条件:包合温度为30℃、包合时间为12 h、搅拌速度为400 r/min。利用扫描电子显微镜,X射线衍射、傅立叶红外光谱、核磁共振等方法对包合物进行表征,并通过高效液相法测定了CBD在水中的溶解度:当按照摩尔比5∶1投料时,测得包合率为16.72%,溶解度为2.426μg/mL,提高了105倍。

【Abstract】 With 2-hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)as the host, cannabidiol(CBD) as the guest. The inclusion complex was prepared by rotary evaporation method with anhydrous ethanol as solvent. The optimum inclusion conditions were determined by single factor experiments: the inclusion temperature is 30 ℃, the inclusion time is 12 h, and the stirring speed is 400 r/min. The inclusion complex was characterized by SEM, XRD,FT-IR and 1H NMR, and the water solubility of CBD was determined by HPLC. According to the molar ratio of 5∶1, the inclusion rate was 16.72 % and the water solubility was 2.426 μg/mL, an increase of 105-fold.
