苯并氮杂靛红化合物的合成
The Synthesis of Benzoaza-isatins
【摘要】 以4-氯-3-硝基喹啉为原料,经取代、脱Boc保护、还原、关环和氧化,合成了苯并氮杂靛红化合物(1H-吡咯并[2,3-c]喹啉-1,2(3H)-二酮化合物Ⅵ),总收率为54.23%。利用1H NMR,13C NMR,高效液相色谱和高分辨质谱,对其结构进行了表征。并探讨了化合物Ⅳ、化合物Ⅴ和化合物Ⅵ合成工艺的影响因素。此外还对对中间体Ⅴ和化合物Ⅵ的反应机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The benzoaza-isatins(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinoline-1,2(3H)-dione compound Ⅵ) was synthesized from 4-chloro-3-nitroquinoline in overall yield 54.23 % by substitution, remove of protection of Boc, reduction, cyclization and oxidation reaction. The product was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, High Performance Liquid Chromatography and high resolution mass spectrometry, the effects of reaction the synthesis process of compound Ⅳ, compound Ⅴ and compound Ⅵ were discussed. In addition, the reaction mechanism of intermediate Ⅴ and compound Ⅵ were discussed.
