基于浅孔预裂混凝土结构的水射流破拆辅助装备研发及施工控制
Design and Construction Control of Water Jetting Demolition Auxiliary Equipment based on Shallow Hole Pre-Cracked Concrete Structures
【摘要】 针对混凝土桥梁翼缘、桥面铺装或其他类似悬空建筑结构,提出一种采用预裂纹引导的水射流破拆技术,设计研发了一种浅孔混凝土破碎的辅助装置进行无损保护性破拆,并将该方法应用到中江高速公路改扩建工程中。工程应用结果表明:该方法不仅满足对混凝土结构物破拆的实际需要,而且破拆时避免伤及钢筋,减少对建筑基体产生的损伤,更加适应我国大力倡导的环境友好与安全的施工要求,有望在工程结构的改造加固施工领域推广应用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a water jetting demolition technology guided by pre-cracks for concrete bridge wing flanges, bridge deck pavement, or other similar suspended architectural structureshas been proposed. An auxiliary device for shallow hole concrete crushing has been designed and developed for non-destructive protective demolition. This method has been applied to the Zhongjiang Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project, and the on-site application results haveshown that the method not only meets the actual needs of concrete structure demolition, but also avoids damage to the reinforcement during demolition, reduces damage to the building substrate, and is more in line with construction requirements for environmental friendliness and safetyin China. It is expected to be widely promoted and applied in the field of construction for the renovation and reinforcement of engineering structures.
