场域理论下工科优势高校新工科人才培养影响因素与路径
On Training Path of Emerging Engineering Talents in Engineering Advantage Universities from Field Theory Perspective
【摘要】 布迪厄场域理论探究工科优势高校新工科人才培养影响因素和路径的研究结果显示:工科优势高校新工科人才培养呈现场域类型因素的政产学研,惯习类型因素的课程体系、教学模式、师资建设、国际合作交流、组织保障与质量评价,资本类型因素的资本支持等8个重要影响因素;QCA组态路径分析发现,有“强惯习I型”“强惯习II型”“场域—惯习型”与“惯习—平衡型”路径等4条工科优势高校新工科人才培养路径;QCA分析发现,实践中我国工科优势高校新工科人才培养多体现为高校自发改革,过于依赖高校单一主体作用,人才培养需要“超越”高校、与其他主体协同协作的关键要素目前体现较少。
【Abstract】 In this study, Bourdieu field theory is introduced, the influencing factors and paths of emerging engineering talent training in engineering advantageous universities are explored. The study shows that: The theoretical model of the influencing factors of emerging engineering talents training in engineering advantage universities include: government-industry-university-research cooperation, curriculum system reform, teaching mode reform, teacher construction, international cooperation and exchange, organizational guarantee, quality evaluation and capital support; Through configuration analysis, 4 paths for training emerging engineering talents in engineering advantages universities are obtained, which are summarized into 4 categories: “strong habitus type I”“strong habitus type II”“field-habitus type” and “habitus-balance type”; Based on the analysis of QCA results, we found that the training of new engineering talents in Chinese engineering advantage universities is mostly a spontaneous reform of universities.
