外层铝线松股对钢芯铝绞线发热的影响

【摘要】 为研究架空钢芯铝绞线的外层铝线松股对电流分布、欧姆损耗及架空导线温度的影响,对LJG-300/40型钢芯铝绞线建立三维有限元模型,将模型分别设定为未松股、最外层铝线松股和外2层铝线松股的场景,分别进行电磁场仿真和自然对流条件下的温度场仿真。分析结果表明:最外层及外2层铝线松股时,整个导线横截面的电流分布发生变化,钢芯中通过的电流增大,导线的欧姆损耗增大;在自然对流条件下,导线松动的程度会影响散热速度和导线温度,外层铝线松股时会使钢芯铝绞线温度上升。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of strand loosening on the current distribution, ohmic loss and temperature rise of the aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR), this paper establishes the three-dimensional finite element model of LJG-300/40 ACSR. It sets the model as three states, including compact strands without loosening, strand loosening in the outmost layer of aluminum wire, loosening in the outmost two layers, for electromagnetic field simulation and temperature field simulation under the condition of natural convection respectively. The results show that the cross-sectional current distribution changes when aluminum strand loosening occurs in the outmost layer and the outmost two layers, leading to the increase of the current in steel core as well as the increase of ohmic loss of the overall conductor. Under the natural convection condition, the heat dissipation speed and the temperature of the conductor depend on the loosening level of the conductor. The strand loosening of the outmost aluminum wire may lead to temperature rise of the conductor.
