一种基于混合整数线性规划的交直流混联配电网多层优化调度方法
A Multi-layer Optimal Scheduling Method for AC/DC Hybrid Distribution Network Based on Mixed Integer Linear Programming
【摘要】 交直流混联配电网已经成为未来配电网发展的重要趋势,为了充分发挥交直流混合配电网在降低网损、减少运行成本、增强新能源消纳等方面的优势,提出一种基于混合整数线性规划的交直流混联配电网多层优化调度方法。该方法考虑到传统分布式调度优化由于优化模型非线性强、维数高而难以求解,通常存在着计算效率低、不收敛或者易陷入局部最优解的问题,首先对交直流混联电网进行结构分层,对每一层电网的潮流计算方程进行线性化处理,建立各层调度优化的线性化模型;然后采用目标级联法的思想对多层优化模型之间进行分布式协调,并利用混合整数线性规划方法对各子系统优化问题进行并行求解,得到最终的分布式调度优化结果;最后以IEEE 30节点为基础,建立一个典型的交直流混联配电网进行算例仿真,通过将所提方法与传统的集中式调度优化方法进行对比分析,验证了所提方法的正确性和优越性。
【Abstract】 AC/DC hybrid distribution network has become an important trend in the future development of the distribution network. In order to give full play to the advantages of AC/DC hybrid distribution network in reducing network loss and operation cost and enhancing new energy consumption, this paper proposes a multi-layer optimal scheduling method based on mixed integer linear programming. Considers that the traditional distributed scheduling optimization model has the problems of low efficiency, non convergence or easy falling into the local optimal solution because of its strong nonlinearity and high dimension, this method firstly stratifies the structure of AC/DC hybrid power grid, linearizes the power flow calculation equation of each layer and establishes the linearization model of each layer scheduling optimization. Then, the idea of target cascade method is used to coordinate the multi-layer optimization models, and the mixed integer linear programming method is used to solve the optimization problems of each subsystem in parallel and the final distributed scheduling optimization results are obtained. Finally, based on IEEE 30-buses, this paper establishes a typical AC/DC hybrid distribution network for simulation, and verifies the correctness and superiority of the proposed method by comparing with the traditional centralized scheduling optimization method.
