【摘要】 提升基本公共服务水平是京津冀协同发展的重要目标之一，在测度其供给水平的基础上探究其动态演进态势将有助于强化内生动力。着眼于教育文化、医疗卫生、社会保障、基础设施四个典型维度，以京津冀13个地级以上城市为样本，对2010—2021年基本公共服务供给水平进行测度，探析其差异性及空间关联度，并采用核密度估计法对其演进趋势进行预测。研究结果表明：京津冀各个城市的基本公共服务供给水平存在显著的空间异质性；以京津为核心的环形供给水平空间分布结构凸显；不同空间板块类型的城市演进态势呈现差异化特征。基于研究结论，提出协同提升京津冀基本公共服务供给水平的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Raising the level of basic public services is one of important goals of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The exploration of its dynamic evolution helps to strengthen its endogenous power on the basis of measuring its supply level. Taking 13 cities at prefecture above in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as samples, this article focuses on the four typical dimensions such as education and culture, medical and health, social security and infrastructure. It measures the supply level of basic public services from 2010 to 2021, analyzes its differences and spatial relevance, and uses kernel density estimation method to predict its evolution trend. The results show that: There was a significant spatial heterogeneity of supply level of basic public services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration; The spatial distribution structure of circular supply was prominently centered on Beijing and Tianjin; The urban evolution of different spatial plates presented differentiated characteristics. Based on the conclusions above, some policy recommendations are put forward to improve the supply of basic public services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.更多还原
