【摘要】 随着我国工程建设领域国际市场的不断开拓，掌握国外工程计价原理与方法对于国际业务的开展以及我国计价体系的完善具有重要意义。文章对比分析了中美两国企业自有机械台班单价的费用组成内容，论述了北美地区机械台班单价组价的原理，基于计算实例着重阐述了北美地区机械台班单价中折旧费、购买机械的机会成本、保养维修费、燃油消耗费等各项费用计算方法。其中关于操作或驾驶机械人员的人工费归属，机械资金占有成本的理念及其两种计算方法，根据工程现场实际状况确定维修费、燃油料消耗量、轮胎使用费等机械使用成本的计算思路，以及积累相关历史数据的必要性，可为我国工程承包企业参与国际工程项目，提高企业竞争力提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the international market in Chinese engineering construction field, mastering the principles and methods of foreign engineering pricing is of great significance for the development of international business and the improvement of Chinese pricing system. The article compares and analyzes the cost composition of the unit price of self-owned construction equipment in Chinese and American enterprises, discusses the theory of the unit price grouping of machinery in North America, and emphasizes the calculation methods of depreciation cost, purchasing opportunity cost,maintenance and repair cost, fuel consumption cost, and other expenses in North America based on examples. The above contents regarding the attribution of labor costs for operating or driving construction equipment, the concept of mechanical capital possession cost and its two calculation methods, the calculation ideas for determining maintenance costs, fuel consumption, tire usage costs, and other mechanical usage costs based on the actual situation of the project site, as well as the necessity of accumulating relevant historical data, which will have important reference value for Chinese international engineering contractors to grasp the new development trends and to improve the competitiveness of international engineering project management.更多还原
