雪花在非等温对流场生长过程的模拟

【摘要】 雪花是水蒸气在过冷环境下凝华相变形成的晶体,其生长过程涉及到多个尺度的热力学过程。本文提出了一种结合水蒸气扩散方程、热传导方程和动量守恒方程的改进的元胞自动机法,可以实现二维非等温对流场中雪花生长过程的模拟。研究结果和实验结果可以很好地吻合,验证了该模型的有效性。通过对模拟结果进行分析,研究了雪花生长过程中水蒸气分布、温度分布和对流速度对其形态的影响。

【Abstract】 Snowflake(snow crystal) is a crystal formed by the condensation of water vapor in a supercooled environment, and its growth process involves a thermodynamic process of multiple scales. An improved cellular automata model combined with the vapor diffusion, the heat transfer and the momentum conservation equation is proposed to simulate the snowflake growth process in a two-dimensional, non-isothermal and convective field in this paper. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the validity of the model. The influence of the water vapor distribution, temperature distribution and convective velocity on the morphology of snowflakes during the growth process is studied.
