SCO2 再压缩循环的非设计性能及控制策略研究
Study on Off-Design Performance and Control Strategies for SCO2 Recompression Cycle
【摘要】 SCO2循环的部件性能随系统负载降低会发生显著变化。因此,本文首先建立了10 MW输出功率的SCO2再压缩循环。然后分别在库存控制和涡轮旁通控制下研究了系统的非设计性能。结果表明,当系统负载减小到10%时,库存控制的热效率降至21.04%,再压气机趋向失速;涡轮旁通控制的热效率至13.56%,压气机发生堵塞。基于此,提出了库存–旁通混合控制策略。该混合策略的使用改善了两单一策略下的压气机运行状态,且系统性能介于两单一策略的之间。
【Abstract】 The component performance of the SCO2cycle changes significantly as the system load decreases.Therefore,a SCO2recompression cycle of 10 MW output power is first established in this paper.Then the off-design performance of the system is studied under inventory control and turbine bypass control respectively.The results show that when the system load is reduced to 10%,the thermal efficiency of inventory control decreases to 21.04%,and the re-compressor tends to stall.The thermal efficiency of the turbine by-pass control was 13.56%,and the two compressors are blockage.Based on this,the strategy of inventory-bypass hybrid control is proposed.The use of the hybrid strategy improves the running state of the compressor under the two single strategies,and the system performance is between the two single strategies.
