CO2混合工质冷电联合循环非设计最佳运行组分研究
Optimal Working Fluid Composition of Combined Cooling and Power Cycle With CO2-based Mixture Considering Off-design Operation
【摘要】 本文针对耦合在冷藏车上的CO2混合工质冷电联合循环系统,对其道路运行时的非设计性能进行分析。首先,根据道路运行参数,对内燃机的工况变化区间进行了归类划分;随后,依次建立了稳态设计模型和非设计计算模型。计算结果显示,对于整个道路工况下不同的发动机运行工况,最佳的混合工质CO2充注比例不同;另一方面,对于整个道路运行工况下的综合性能表现,考虑非设计运行与只考虑稳态设计的系统最优混合工质CO2充注比例相近。
【Abstract】 This study analyses off-design performance of combined cooling and power cycle with CO2-based mixture mounted in refrigeration truck. Engine operating conditions is classified first according to the parameters of road conditions; then, thermodynamic model and off-design model are established. Results show that the best CO2mass fractions are different for various engine operating points; on the other hand, for the comprehensive performance of the whole road condition,the best designed CO2mass fractions are equal when considering thermodynamic design and offdesign operation.
