新型溶液除湿烟气余热回收系统除湿器研究
Research on Dehumidifier of the New Solution Dehumidification Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery System
【摘要】 天然气锅炉被广泛应用于北方供暖系统中,具有排烟温度和含湿量高的特点,因此有巨大的余热回收潜力。本文针对新型溶液除湿烟气余热回收系统的重要部件除湿器展开模拟和实验研究。结果表明:双级喷淋除湿器的传质单元数NTUm、溶液流量在双塔中的分配比例均为3:2时为模拟工况下的最优值,采用冷却第二级塔中溶液的方案相比于其他两种方案可多回收4.6%和11.8%的热量。通过实验验证了冷却塔强化余热回收的作用,开启冷却塔后增加了16.5%的余热回收量。
【Abstract】 Natural gas boilers are widely used in heating systems in the north of China. Natural gas boilers have the characteristics of high exhaust gas temperature and moisture content, so there is a huge potential for waste heat recovery. Simulation and experimental research are carried out on the dehumidifier. which is an important component of the new solution dehumidification flue gas waste heat recovery system. The results show that it is the optimal value under the simulated conditions when the number of mass transfer units NTUmof the two-stage spray dehumidifier and the distribution ratio of the solution flow rate in the two towers are both 3 : 2. Compared with the other two schemes, 4.6% and 11.8% more heat is recovered in the scheme of cooling the solution in the second stage tower. The effect of the cooling tower to strengthen the waste heat recovery was verified through experiments. After the cooling tower was opened, the waste heat recovery increased by 16.5%.
