文物展柜隔震装置的振动台试验研究

【摘要】 为有效保护馆藏文物,减小地震损害,设计并研制了一种直线导轨式文物展柜水平隔震装置。根据某一博物馆展柜及文物建立了2个等比例模型,在其中一个展柜底部安装隔震器,与不加隔震器的展柜同时进行振动台试验,对比测试隔震器的隔震性能。通过加载水平单向地震波,测试了文物展柜隔震系统的自振特性,对比分析了文物展柜隔震系统的位移响应、加速度响应和减震率。试验结果表明:在不同类型和不同强度的地震波作用下,相比非隔震条件,文物展柜隔震系统的位移及加速度响应较小,能保持稳定振动状态;隔震装置的减震率在60%以上,行程始终在容许范围内,且复位能力较好。因此,本隔震装置的隔震效果很好。

【Abstract】 In order to effectively protect the collection of cultural relics and reduce earthquake damage, a linear guide-type museum showcases horizontal isolation device is designed and developed. Two equal-scale models are established based on a museum showcase and cultural relics. A vibration isolator is installed at the bottom of one of the showcases, and a shaking table test is carried out at the same time as the showcase without the vibration isolator to compare and test the isolation performance of the vibration isolator. By loading horizontal unidirectional seismic waves, the natural vibration characteristics of the seismic isolation system of the cultural relics showcase are tested, and the displacement response, acceleration response and damping rate of the seismic isolation system of the cultural relics showcase are compared and analyzed. The test results show that: under the action of different types and different intensities of seismic waves, the displacement and acceleration response of the seismic isolation system of the cultural relics exhibition cabinet is smaller than that of the non-seismic conditions, and it can maintain a stable vibration state; the damping rate of the seismic isolation device is 60 % above, the stroke is always within the allowable range, and the reset ability is better. Therefore, the seismic isolation effect of the seismic isolation device is very good.
