支墩位移对小口径超长压力管道内力影响
Influence of Support Displacement on Internal Force of Small Diameter and Ultra-Long Penstock
【摘要】 支墩通常布置在两个镇墩之间起到支撑管道的作用,防止管道输水时因重量变大造成结构变形。论文选取了白鹤滩水电站枢纽工程邓家坡段输水管道中的一段管道,利用有限元软件ANSYS对管道进行了建模分析,研究了支墩位移对管道内力的影响。结果表明:单支墩沉降量达到L/250(L为支墩间距)时,管道最大应力增加140%,最大弯矩增加332%;单支墩侧移量达到L/250时,管道最大应力增加144%;靠近镇墩附近的支墩沉降和侧移对管道内力影响最大,支墩间隔发生位移对管道内力更为不利。
【Abstract】 Support is generally arranged between two anchor blocks to support the role of the pipeline, to prevent deformation of the structure caused by the large weight of the pipeline when it is transporting water. In this paper, a section of water pipeline in Dengjiapo section of Baihetan Hydropower Station Project is selected, and the finite element software ANSYS is used to carry out the modeling analysis of the pipeline. The influence of support spacing and support displacement on the internal force of the pipeline is studied. The results show that when the settlement of a single support reaches L/250(L is the support spacing), the maximum stress and bending moment of the pipeline increase by 140% and 332%, respectively. When the lateral displacement of a single support reaches L/250, the maximum stress of the pipeline increases by 144%. The settlement and lateral displacement of the support near the anchor block has the greatest impact on the internal force of the pipeline, and the discontinuous displacement of supports is more unfavorable to the internal force of the pipeline.
