盾构滚刀磨损预测中破岩受力与滚刀转速分析研究

【摘要】 针对盾构滚刀的磨损预测方法进行研究,提出将滚刀受力与滚刀转速作为滚刀磨损预测模型的输入变量,对滚刀磨损进行预测,同时设计试验,分析二者之间的耦合关系,以更好地优化模型内部参数。对滚刀进行动力学分析,通过滚刀的频率响应函数证明滚刀的动力学特性对受力测量结果基本无影响,传感器输出的信号不需要额外考虑滚刀动力学特性。滚刀切割试验结果发现,在相同的地质情况以及相同的切割参数下,滚刀转速越快,滚刀受力越大。同时,根据刀盘转动角度、滚刀切割半径以及滚刀受力绘制出岩盘受力云图,将不同位置的岩盘受力云图进行叠加,可以记录不同位置的土质情况,利用该云图可以标注磨损严重的位置,用于预测滚刀磨损情况,以提醒施工人员对滚刀进行优先维护或替换。

【Abstract】 The wear prediction method of shield cutter is studied, and it is proposed to take the force on the cutter and rotational speed of the cutter as the input variables of the cutter wear prediction model to predict the cutter wear. At the same time, tests are designed to analyze the coupling relationship between the two to better optimize the internal parameters of the model. Dynamic analysis of the cutter is carried out, and the frequency response function of the cutter proves that the dynamic characteristics of the cutter have basically no influence on the force measurement results, so the signal output from the sensor does not need to take into account the dynamic characteristics of the cutter. The cutting test results of the cutter show that, under the same geological conditions and the same cutting parameters, the faster the rotational speed of the cutter, the greater the force on the cutter. At the same time, based on the rotating angle of the cutter head, the cutting radius of the cutter and the force on the cutter, the force nephogram of the rock disc is drawn, the force nephograms of the rock discs at different positions are superimposed to record the soil conditions at different positions, and the nephogram can be used to mark the severely worn positions for predicting the cutter wear and for reminding the construction workers to prioritize the maintenance or replacement of the cutter.
