【摘要】 针对传统混凝土搅拌运输车存在溢料，充满率低，重心高，受环境影响大，行驶安全性低等实际问题，提出一种全封闭式混凝土搅拌运输车，并对其搅拌系统进行详细设计，建立三维模型。与传统混凝土搅拌运输车进行搅拌过程的仿真与对比，结果表明：全封闭式混凝土搅拌运输车搅拌均匀性更好，效果更加理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the practical problems of traditional concrete truck mixers,such as overflow,low filling rate,high center of gravity,highly affected by the environment and low driving safety,a fully enclosed concrete truck mixer is proposed,and its mixing system is designed in detail and a three-dimensional model is established.The mixing process is simulated and compared with the traditional concrete truck mixer,and the results show that the fully enclosed concrete truck mixer has better mixing uniformity and more satisfactory outcomes.更多还原
