基于领域驱动设计的韧性智能制造执行系统
Resilient Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System Based on Domain Driven Design
【摘要】 在制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System)的落地实践中,由于不同企业的生产流程和业务需求存在差异,导致市场上的制造执行系统产品开发周期长、开发成本高和扩展性较差。为了提高制造执行系统的可重构和扩展性,提出韧性智能制造执行系统(Resilient Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System)的概念,根据领域驱动设计和微服务模型,阐述韧性智能制造执行系统的架构模型和设计方法。在此基础上完成韧性智能制造执行系统的开发,并在同济大学智能制造实验室FMS阀体生产线进行验证。研究结果表明,韧性智能制造执行系统扩展方便,二次开发周期短,维护成本低。
【Abstract】 In the practice of Manufacturing Execution System(MES),due to the differences in production processes and business requirements of different enterprises,the development cycle of MES products in the market is long,the development cost is high,and the scalability is poor.In order to improve the reconfigurability and scalability of MES,the concept of Resilient Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System(RIMES) is proposed,and the architectural model and development design of RIMES are elaborated based on domain driven design and microservice models.The development of the RIMES is completed on this basis and validated in the FMS valve body production line in the Intelligent Manufacturing Laboratory of Tongji University.The research results show that the RIMES is easy to extend,with a short secondary development cycle and a low maintenance cost.
