装载机循环工况功率流分布与功率分配规律

【摘要】 在装载机上安装传感器和远程发射装置,通过GPS将装载机工况数据传输到云计算中心。运用数据挖掘技术分析积累的海量循环工况数据:横向上,以时间轴为参考坐标系,分析每个工作循环内发动机功率流的分布规律;纵向上,以装载机各工况为单位,研究发动机输出的功率在行走系统、液压系统和附件系统的分配关系及耗散规律,分别从功率供给和功率需求两个角度分析了装载机功率在循环工况内的分配及其耗散规律。在遵循该规律的基础上,介绍了运用装载机功率流分布及功率分配规律匹配新型装载机的方法。最后,遵循装载机功率流分布和功率分配规律,按照复合传动无级变速系统的特性,匹配了一款无级变速装载机,发动机功率下降了26.8%。通过仿真分析表明:无级变速装载机在不影响动力性能的前提下,每个工作循环燃油消耗下降了25%左右。相关研究结论可以为各种新能源、新结构及新技术的装载机的匹配提供理论指导与数据支持。

【Abstract】 Sensors and remote launchers were mounted on wheel loaders worked on different construction sites, and wheel loader duty cycle datum were transferred to cloud computing center by GPS means. Massive wheel loader duty cycle datum collected in cloud computing center were analyzed by data mining means. Along the time sequence, it was analyzed that engine power flow sequence regularities in different operating modes of every duty cycle; among different systems, it was researched that wheel loader power distribution and consumption regularities among power train system, hydraulic system and accessories system. Wheel loader power distribution and consumption regularities were discussed in power demanding and power supplying ways respectively. The method of utilizing wheel loader power flow sequence and power distribution among different systems matching new type wheel loader was expounded. Finally, following the wheel loader power flow sequence and power distribution among different systems regularities, according to power-split continuous variable transmission characteristic, a continuous variable transmission wheel loader was matched, the engine rate power could be dropped 26. 8%. Simulation result showed that the continuous variable transmission wheel loader could save 25% fuel every duty cycle, without influence wheel loader dynamic characteristic. Relevant researched conclusion could prove theory instruction and datum supportation to all kinds of new energy, new construction and new technology wheel loader matching.
