基于实例推理的复杂产品设计协同研究

【摘要】 高效、高质量确定复杂产品初步设计模型是缩短产品研发周期的关键,本文提出了一种基于改进皮尔森相似度实例推理的复杂产品设计协同方法。基于复杂产品多学科知识及产品单体库,构建了复杂产品多领域模型。根据复杂产品需求模型的性能指标,采用基于改进皮尔森相似度的实例推理,从多领域模型实例库中筛选复杂产品初步设计模型。为减少产品试样的“盲目性”,引入仿真推演与协同评价以获得初步设计决策。以平尾控制模拟系统为例,验证了所提方法的有效性,有助于缩短复杂产品研发周期。

【Abstract】 Efficient and high-quality determination of the preliminary design model of complex product is the key to shortening the research and development cycle of product. This paper proposes a collaborative approach to complex product design based on case-based reasoning of improved Pearson similarity. First, a multi-domain model of complex product is constructed based on the multidisciplinary knowledge of complex products and the product component library. Secondly, according to the performance indicators of the complex product demand model, the case-based reasoning with improved Pearson correlation coefficient is used to filter the preliminary design model of the complex product from the multi-domain model case library. Meanwhile, simulation deduction and collaborative evaluation are introduced to determine the final preliminary design decisions in order to reduce the blindness of test sample. The horizontal tail control system is selected as an case to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, which contributes to shortening the research and development cycle of complex product.
