吲哚丁酸对‘贵绿1号’茶树扦插生根的影响研究

【摘要】 扦插成功的关键在于不定根的生长,健壮的根系有助于提高成苗率和苗木质。探讨吲哚丁酸(IBA)预处理对茶树扦插苗生根的作用,从而优化茶树品种‘贵绿1号’的扦插条件,提高扦插成活率。以‘贵绿1号’茶树插穗作为试验材料,设计200、400、600 mg/L 3个不同浓度的IBA处理组,清水为对照,通过单因素实验比较不同浓度IBA处理对插穗生根率、愈伤率、生根数量、最长根长及芽长的影响,探究IBA对‘贵绿1号’茶树扦插生根的影响。不同浓度IBA处理下的插穗根系及地上部生长情况差异显著,IBA的处理对插穗生根存在明显的促进作用,并且具有浓度效应。其中,以600 mg/L的IBA处理根系生长情况最优,生根率最高,比对照显著增加22.2%,其生根数量也最高,显著高于其余IBA处理组,可达到16.53根;而清水处理的对照组插穗新芽生长明显,底部愈伤率高,但根系生长少,愈伤率达到40%,相比根系生长情况最优的600 mg/L IBA处理下愈伤率显著高出了28.87%,对照组的愈伤率和平均芽长均显著高于三个IBA处理组。IBA预处理‘贵绿1号’茶树插穗可显著促进其根系生长,提高生根率,随IBA处理浓度升高其对根系生长的促进作用更强。

【Abstract】 The key to successful cutting is the growth of advicent roots, and robust root system is helpful to improve the seedling formation rate and seedling quality. In order to optimize the cutting conditions of tea plant variety ’Guilv1’ and improve the survival rate of cutting, this study take the cuttings slips of ’Guilv1’ as the test material to explore the effect of indolebutyric acid(IBA) pretreatment on the rooting of tea plants. Water was used as the control, three IBA treatment groups with different concentrations of 200, 400 and 600 mg/L were designed. The effects of IBA treatment with different concentrations on rooting rate, callus rate, rooting number, longest root length and bud length of cuttings were compared by single factor experiment, and to explore the effects of IBA on cutting rooting of tea plant ’Guilv1’.There were significant differences in root and aboveground growth in cuttings slips under different concentrations of IBA treatment. IBA treatment significantly promoted the rooting of cuttings slips and had a concentration effect. Among them, 600 mg/L IBA treatment had the best root growth and the highest rooting rate, which was significantly increased by 22.2% compared with the control group, and the number of roots was also the highest, which was significantly higher than other IBA treatment groups, reached 16.53. In the control group treated with water, the new buds grew significantly and the callus rate at the bottom washigh, but the root growth was low, the callus rate reached 40%. Compared with the 600 mg/L IBA treatment with the best root growth, the callus rate of the control group was significantly higher by 28.87%, the callus rate and average bud length were significantly higher than the three IBA treatment groups.The results indicated that IBA pretreatment could significantly promote the root growth and rooting rate of ’Guilv1’ cuttings slips, and the effect of IBA on root growth was stronger with the increase of IBA treatment concentration.
