【摘要】 目的:探讨肛肠科临床药师参与及干预下对抗菌药物的管理及使用影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年9月，本院无药师干预的2756例住院患者为对照组，2021年10月至2022年9月，本院有药师干预的3564住院患者为观察组，比较2组抗菌药物使用情况及平均住院时间。结果:对照组抗菌药物使用率和不合理使用率为78.7%、32.0%,在临床药师干预下明显下降，观察组分别为66.1%、15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组抗菌药物使用强度为48.35 DDD,观察组为39.17 DDD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组平均住院时间为(10.29±4.09) d,长于观察组的(10.10±4.04) d,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床药师干预后，本院抗菌药物使用逐渐规范、合理，但仍存在一些用药问题，仍需临床药师继续加强干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmacist participation and intervention in the management and application of antibiotics in anorectal department. Methods From October 2020 to September 2021,total 2756 inpatients without pharmacist intervention in our hospital were selected as the control group, and from October 2021 to September 2022,total 3564 inpatients with pharmacist intervention in our hospital were selected as the observation group.The application of antibiotics and the average length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared. Results The utilization rate and irrational utilization rate of antibiotics in the control group were 78.7% and 32.0%, which decreased significantly under the intervention of clinical pharmacists, while those in observation group were 66.1% and 15.0%, respectively, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The intensity of antimicrobial use was 48.35 DDD in the control group and 39.17 DDD in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay in the control group was(10.29±4.09) d, which was significantly longer than(10.10±4.04) d in the observation group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion After the intervention of clinical pharmacists, the application of antibiotics in our hospital is gradually standardized and reasonable, but there are still some drug use problems, therefore clinical pharmacists need to continue to strengthen the intervention.更多还原
